Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions). Customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details
- Returns accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging should be included where possible

Non-Returnable Items

All sale items are final sale unless defective.

Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process

- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- For items of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
