Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging should be included where possible
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, bodysuits, or intimate apparel unless faulty. All sale items are final sale unless defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps for a seamless return experience:
- Contact our team: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.
- Receive authorization: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package your items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, including the RMA number clearly visible on the package.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is faulty or incorrect. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- The item must meet all return eligibility criteria
- We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
- If the new item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference
- If the new item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
